Susanne Gwinner

Susanne Gwinner has extensive experience in human resources and event coordination, having been employed at DR - Danmarks Radio since June 1999. In the role of HR konsulent, Susanne focuses on employee wellbeing and development while supporting management's needs. Other significant positions include Event Coordinator, where planning and executing various events for DR and the General Director takes place, and Hospitality Manager during the ESC 2014 in Copenhagen. Susanne has also coordinated logistics for relocating DR's offices to Ørestad and managed IT projects related to DR Byen. Earlier professional experience includes managing a hotel in France and teaching at Zahles Gymnasieskole. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from the Danish School of Education and a teaching degree from Zahles seminarium with a focus on French and handicrafts.
