Nathalie Roberg

Nathalie Roberg is an experienced HR consultant at Scandic Hotels since August 2023, specializing in HR and payroll tasks while providing administrative support to hotel leaders across Norway. Responsibilities include assisting with HR-related issues, managing personnel matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting employee surveys, and leading recruitment processes. Prior to this, Nathalie gained diverse experience in customer service and educational roles, including positions at Sunkost, Personalhuset Norge, and SAS Ground Handling, along with extensive experience working with children in various capacities. Nathalie holds two bachelor's degrees from Kristiania University College in HR and personnel management, as well as tourism management and experience development, along with additional educational qualifications in culture and literature.
