Anne le Guillou

Anne Le Guillou currently serves as the Présidente de la SFEL - Société Française pour l'Etude des Lipides and Présidente at 1,2,3 déclics, alongside the role of Senior Team Leader R&I - Lipids & Encapsulation at Danone Nutricia Research. With extensive experience at Danone spanning over three decades, notable positions include Plant Based & Indulgence Team Leader, R&I Senior Project Leader, and various roles focusing on non-dairy ingredients, food design, and lipid expertise. Anne began her career as Head of Quality Control at DAVIGEL and has a degree in engineering from ENSA Rennes.
