Christien Westerbos

Christien Westerbos is a Product Design & Development Manager at Danone Nutricia Research since April 2024, bringing prior experience as an R&D Technologist at Koninklijke ERU from July 2022 to March 2024 and as a Research and Development Intern at Unilever from September 2021 to February 2022, focusing on the formulation team within the dressings department. Christien holds a Master's degree in Food Technology with a specialization in product design & ingredient functionality from Wageningen University & Research, completed in February 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from the same institution, earned in July 2019. Additionally, a minor in Food Science and Nutrition was obtained from the University of Alberta in January 2019, with earlier education including a VWO degree in Natuur en Gezondheid from OSG Sevenwolden Fedde Schurer, completed in 2016.
