Saliha Belaid

Saliha BELAID is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in food science and nutrition, currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Danone Nutricia Research since February 2022, focusing on innovation projects in the specialized nutrition adult category. Saliha also holds the position of Senior Team Leader in Plant Protein Design at Danone since November 2018. Previous experiences include roles as an Alternative Protein Specialist at UPJV Picardie Jules Verne University, where Saliha taught food science and cosmetic formulation, and as a Projects Manager at SAS IMPROVE, specializing in R&D management of plant protein ingredients. Saliha’s background includes lab management at INSERM, R&D project management at INRA and Groupe SAVENCIA, and quality control at CCQRA, complemented by a solid educational foundation in food technologies and agronomy from Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, AgroParisTech, and Université d'Angers.
