Ana Matesa is an accomplished executive marketing leader with extensive experience in global brand management and digital transformation, having previously held key roles at Unilever. From 2002 to 2016, Ana successfully led various marketing initiatives, including the turnaround of Rexona in the EU and the launch of Dove ProAge in Eastern Europe. Currently, Ana serves as the Head of Marketing for the Lean In Network, guiding marketing strategies for a women's leadership community, while also directing marketing and brand strategy as a fractional leader at AMat Marketing. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Sveuèilište u Zagrebu and continues to develop impactful strategies across several industries.
