Ana Paula Fonseca has extensive experience in quality and food safety management, currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Food Safety Europe at Danone since September 1999. Throughout an impressive career at Danone, Ana Paula has held multiple leadership roles, including VP Global Quality & Food Safety Operations and Risk Anticipation, Chief Quality & Food Safety Officer, VP Regional Quality & Food Safety, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs Director. Prior to joining Danone, Ana Paula worked at Ralston Purina Company as Technical & Quality Manager and at Medinfar as Technical Specialist. Ana Paula holds a Licenciatura in Pharmaceutical from Universidade de Coimbra, a Master's degree in Nutrition from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, and a postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering from ISQ.
