Carine Maes

Carine Maes is currently the HR Organization Development & Facilities Director at Danone, a position held since 2023. Previously, Carine served as the HR Director for Commercial & Support Functions in Danone Belux and has also held multiple roles within Danone, including HR Director for Danone EDP and Head of HR Talent. Carine began their career as a Sales Representative at Absorba Clothes and later became the Owner of The Little Ones Baby, followed by a role as Key Account Manager at Laboratoires Expanscience. Carine studied Languages at Charles de Gaulle Université and earned a degree in Public Relations/Image Management from H.Hart.
