Cyril Gellon

Cyril Gellon is currently the Global Sourcing Director at Danone, overseeing CAPEX initiatives. With a background that includes diverse roles in procurement and sourcing across multiple industries, Cyril previously held positions such as Senior Category Buyer for Sugar and Sweeteners and Global Category Manager for Commodities & Ingredients at Danone. Cyril’s career began with internships in auditing and financial analysis, followed by entrepreneurial ventures in model aircraft fuels. They earned a Master's degree in Strategic Purchasing Management from IAE Grenoble and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IAE Savoie Mont Blanc.
