Diego Rosso

R&i Director Plant Based Beverages & New Technologies

Diego Rosso is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the R&I Director for Plant Based Beverages & New Technologies at Danone since September 2016. With a strong background in product and process development, Diego has successfully led initiatives to accelerate global growth in plant-based foods and contributed to the development of dairy-free beverages and cheese technology under prominent brands such as Silk and So Delicious Dairy Free. Previous roles include positions at Thanasi Foods, The Kraft Heinz, and Kraft Foods Group, where Diego focused on innovation management and process optimization in dairy products. Diego holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and has gained additional insights through coursework in process mining and business at renowned institutions.
