Eimear Crotty is a Product Development Manager with a diverse background in scientific and operational roles. They began their career as an Accounts Analyst at Accenture before transitioning into the food industry, where they held positions such as HSEQ Officer at Alliance Power and Data and Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Eimear gained significant technical expertise as a Technical Intern at National Food Imports Ltd and advanced through various roles at Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK & IE, ultimately becoming a Food Chemistry Analytical Services Technician. Currently, they lead product design and development at Danone Nutricia Research. Eimear holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutraceuticals in Health & Nutrition from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Athlone Institute of Technology.
