They have a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices segments, with expertise in strategic marketing, sales, and people management across the LATAM region. Elio has played vital roles in spin-off processes and brand positioning, while managing teams of varying sizes and driving successful product launches. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Head for Specialized Nutrition Adults at Danone.
