Elizabeth Mooney

Elizabeth Mooney (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, Agile HR practices, and strategic project management at Danone since July 2013. Roles have included HR Lead for Finance, General Secretary, IT & Data, and Head of Agile HR, where Elizabeth led the Agile HR team and oversaw core HR functions and strategic initiatives such as Succession Planning and Internal Reward Principles. Previous positions at Danone included Learning Lead, Learning Partner, and HR Manager, each emphasizing collaboration with stakeholders to foster learning and development across the organization. Earlier experience includes recruitment and internal communications roles, as well as a marketing assistant position at e-Dialog.
