Emily Bocis

Emily (Hubert) Bocis serves as the Employee Services Director and HRBP Director at Danone since April 2019. Prior to this role, Emily held several positions at Anheuser-Busch from February 2010 to April 2019, including Sr. People Manager and People Manager for the Metal Container Corporation, overseeing various HR functions such as talent management and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes Assistant People Manager and Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist at Anheuser-Busch, as well as a Graduate Assistant role at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Emily's career began with a Human Resources Intern position at Texas Instruments in 2009. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
