Emma Johannesson

Emma Johannesson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager & HR Analyst for the Nordics & Baltics at Danone since February 2022. With a strong background in talent management and organizational development, Emma has successfully owned the recruitment process for Nordic countries, coordinated Danone's Internship Program, and supported various Organizational Development projects. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist International at Calabrio, Inc., focusing on onboarding processes and strategic HR issues, and as a Consultant Manager at Academic Work, where Emma managed recruitment processes and supported consultants. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioural Science from Lund University and has furthered education with studies in Labour Law.
