François Perron

François Perron is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as Directeur de la logistique at Danone since January 2017, where responsibilities include demand forecasting for the Canada Dairy Business. Prior roles at Danone included Sr. Manager roles overseeing demand planning, PMO, and industrial performance and continuous improvement projects. François held the position of Lean Management Director at Venmar, where efforts focused on adopting lean management practices across the organization. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The Createch Group, managing operational performance improvement projects, and serving as a manufacturing improvement consultant. François also has academic experience as a lecturer in Industrial Engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal and contributed to a mentoring program at the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal. François holds a B. Ing in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a DEC in Sciences from CEGEP Sherbrooke.
