Hossam Farag is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various regions and companies. Currently, Hossam serves as HR Director for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) at Danone, overseeing multiple regional HR roles since June 2016. Prior to this, Hossam held significant HR leadership positions at Energizer from September 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies for the EMEA Developing Hub and leading talent management initiatives in the Middle East and Africa. Previous experience also includes HR managerial roles at Novartis and PepsiCo, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
