Ilhan Gokceoglu is currently the Global Business Process Owner and MES Project Manager at Danone, leading projects in digital transformation and operations. Previously, Ilhan worked as a Business Process Expert at Versuni and as a Product Industrialization Engineer at Philips, where they completed a Greenbelt project that reduced factory defect rates. Ilhan holds a Master's degree in Operations Management & Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and Istanbul Technical University. During their academic journey, they also completed a Master's Thesis in Oncology focused on shared decision-making in cancer care.
