Jenny Lindman is the Head of HR Business Partnering & Organisational Development at Danone, where they lead HR initiatives across the Nordic and Baltic markets. With a solid foundation in recruitment, talent management, and organisational development, Jenny is a key member of the HR Leadership Team. They have previously held positions at JKL, Unilever, and American Express, and also have a background as a swimming coach. Jenny received various educational credentials, including degrees in HR Management and Social Work, and is a certified practitioner in personality testing.
