John Hoare

John Hoare is an experienced executive in commercial and customer development, currently serving as Vice President of UK Channel & Customer Development at Danone since May 2012. In this role, responsibilities have included overseeing the UK Commercial Director position for Danone Specialised Nutrition and managing sales teams in Australia and New Zealand. John has successfully led initiatives to improve market share and developed a global strategy with Tesco focused on profitable growth. Prior to joining Danone, John was Business Unit Head at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership involved managing key commercial relationships with Tesco and Waitrose to achieve business objectives. John holds a BSc Hons in Business Administration from the University of Bath, earned between 1999 and 2003.
