Martin Chavez is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in the field, currently serving as the HR Director for the Danone Cluster South. They have previously held significant positions at Kimberly-Clark and Unilever, overseeing HR strategies across multiple countries in Latin America. Martin's expertise includes Management Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Change Management. They completed the Strategic HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan and hold a degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
