Michelle Toto

Michelle Toto currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Transformation at Danone, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at VF Corporation from September 2022 to August 2025 as the Director of Supply Chain Strategy, leading a global supply planning optimization initiative across prominent brands in the company. Before joining VF Corporation, Michelle held various roles at PetSmart from September 2011 to September 2022, including Senior Buyer and Senior Brand Manager, where significant financial performance and product innovation were achieved. Early career experience includes positions at Point B and The Innova Group, alongside acquiring a MA in Global Affairs and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona.
