Pavel Boyko

Pavel Boyko, Ph.D., serves as the Specialized Nutrition Unit Director for Kazakhstan at Danone since July 2020, where responsibilities include transforming the business model, enhancing the route-to-market strategy, and executing restructuring projects in the medical field. Previously, Pavel held the position of Country Manager in Kazakhstan, focusing on managing the Specialized Nutrition business and improving portfolio profitability. At Nutricia, from July 2019 to July 2020, Pavel was the Business Integration Project Management Officer, overseeing the merger of two divisions in the CIS region, and leading cross-functional teams. Earlier roles include Supply Chain Director for various regions across Poland, Russia, CIS, and the Baltics, where projects centered around restructuring and cost-saving efforts, inventory optimization, and implementing SAP systems. Pavel's career at Danone began in 2005 as a Planning Specialist, progressing through various roles that cultivated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and strategic development. Pavel holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Russian State Social University and completed executive education at IESE Business School.
