Sanaz Karimian

Sanaz Karimian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning, Transformation & Internal Communications at Danone since October 2015. Sanaz has held various roles within the company, including West Africa Head of Talent & Learning and Talent Manager. Additionally, Sanaz is an EFQM Auditor for an exclusive partner in Iran, with expertise in evaluating performance across multiple sectors such as pharmaceuticals and steel. Prior experience includes positions as Learning & Development Supervisor at Asiatech and Human Resources Business Partner at Paykadeh Consulting Engineers, along with roles at IRTCI as a Senior Training Specialist. Sanaz holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Iran University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Tehran.
