Sander Wijers is the Head of Innovation and Productivity (IPRO) at Nutricia Worldwide, where they lead the development and market introduction of new production innovations. Previously, Sander served as a Senior Global Innovation Project Leader and Senior Scientist at Danone, applying scientific insights to nutrition-related projects. Sander began their career as a researcher at Maastricht University while completing a PhD in Human Biology, and they earned an MSc in (Bio)Medical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Currently, Sander is pursuing an MBA at Maastricht University.
