Vadim Melnikov

Vadim Melnikov is currently the Supply Chain Director for Russia and CIS at Kellogg Company, responsible for procurement, logistics, and performance management across multiple plants. Vadim's previous roles include Industrial Director at Danone Russia and project management positions where they oversaw significant investment projects. Vadim began their career at Campina LLC as a Production Manager, managing a large team and optimizing production processes. They hold a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Moscow State University.
