Virginie Mignard

Virginie Mignard is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and talent development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Europe HRD at Danone since January 2018, Virginie leads strategic workforce planning and skill management initiatives across Europe while coordinating HR activities within the region. Previous roles at Danone include global HR leadership in Research & Innovation, where Virginie managed HR strategies for the category and facilitated cross-category talent development. Additional experience includes HR leadership at Mondelēz International, focusing on change management and labor relations during restructuring, and various HR roles at Danone that contributed to the development of HR policies and frameworks.
