Yuliya Khizeva

Yuliya Khizeva is an experienced professional in quality and food safety management, currently serving as the Quality and Food Safety for Suppliers, Ingredient Director at Danone since March 2014. With a strong background in managing international teams and leading quality programs across various categories, Yuliya oversees supplier quality and compliance, incident investigations, and the development of quality processes for raw materials. Previously, Yuliya held several positions at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2014, including Regional Vendor Assurance Manager, where significant improvements in supplier compliance and incident reduction were achieved. Yuliya holds a master's degree in Management of Organization from the Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky and has further enriched education at Vlerick Business School and Bureau Tromp.
