Yves Barsalou has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, primarily at Danone since July 1995, where roles have included Director of Alternative Manufacturing, Manufacturing Director for AMEA, and Manufacturing Director for Africa. Previously, Yves held positions such as Director of Engineering for the Africa zone and India and Project Manager for new territories worldwide. Prior to Danone, Yves worked at Nabisco Brands and Johnson & Johnson, taking on roles from Project Engineer to Maintenance Engineer. Yves earned an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal and obtained a degree from Polytechnique Montréal.
