Serene Tan

Serene Tan is currently the Associate Director, Head of Compliance and Governance APAC at Danos Group, a global recruitment firm specializing in Compliance, Financial Crime, Legal, Risk, and ESG solutions. Prior to this role, Serene held various positions at LMA Recruitment, where Serene achieved top billing in APAC and Global rankings. Serene also has experience at Robert Walters, specializing in compliance recruitment across different industries and financial services operations. Serene holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESCA Ecole de Management.
