Dorthe Brown

Dorthe Brown is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Dansac A/S since November 2017, Dorthe also holds a dual role as HR Manager for the Fredensborg Plant in Denmark and Hollister Inc. in Roosendaal, the Netherlands. Prior to this, Dorthe was the Nordic HR Manager at Hollister Incorporated from February 2017 to November 2017 and served in various HR capacities at Dansac A/S from August 2004 to January 2017, including Sr. HR Generalist, HR-generalist, and HR Coordinator. Dorthe's educational background includes a degree in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, completed in January 2023, as well as a Diploma for the Academy Profession in Leadership & Management, Human Resources from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, obtained in 2010, and an HH degree from Niels Brock.
