Anne Birgitte Lindholm

Anne Birgitte Lindholm has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anne Birgitte is currently working as a Chefkonsulent / Ledelse og HR at DI - Dansk Industri since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Owner of PraxisConsult since June 2013, where they offered development programs, coaching, and recruitment support. Anne Birgitte has also authored books on leadership, including "Ledelse uden personaleansvar" for Akademisk Forlag in November 2016, "Mesterledelse" for Akademisk Forlag Business in April 2014, and "Lederskab på Distancen" for HISTORIA in March 2021. Anne Birgitte served as a Netværksdirektør at EGN Denmark from January 2018 to January 2019. Before that, Anne Birgitte was a Partner/co-owner at PS4 from August 2009 to June 2013, where they specialized in the development of individuals and organizations. Anne Birgitte also had their own coaching business, ab.lindholm-coaching, from April 2009 to June 2013. Anne Birgitte's earlier experience includes working as a Vicedirektør / Deputy Secretary General at Folketinget from November 2004 to November 2009 and as a Direktør for standardisering / Director, Standardization at Dansk Standard / Danish Standards from November 2000 to November 2004, where they also held positions as Afdelingschef / Manager and Projektleder / Project manager.

Anne Birgitte Lindholm's education history is as follows:

From 1987 to 1992, they attended Danmarks Ingeniør Akademi, studying chemistry and earning a degree in Akademi.

In 2007, they enrolled in Manning Inspire and completed a program in Business- and Life Coaching in 2008.

In 2013, they participated in a certification program at Garuda, becoming certified in KompetenceProfilen and accredited in FokusProfilen.

In 2009, they obtained an HR-certifikat from Center for Ledelse, specializing in Udviklingsværktøjer (development tools).

Prior to that, they attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1980 to 1984, earning a bachelor's degree in musicology.

In 1977, they completed their high school studies at Aurehøj Statsgymnasium with a focus on musikvidenskab (music language).
