Frederik Rubens Steensgaard

Frederik Rubens Steensgaard is the Chief Executive Officer of BeCause, an AI-powered hub focused on simplifying sustainability management for travel and tourism companies. Since December 2018, Frederik has played a pivotal role in addressing the growing challenges of sustainability within corporate structures. In addition, Frederik has served as a Board Member and Co-Founder of The Confederation of Danish Industry since September 2022, contributing to climate policy initiatives. Furthermore, Frederik is involved in educational endeavors as a Selection Committee Member at the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes a notable tenure as an IT Project Manager at William Demant, where multiple global eBusiness projects were managed. Frederik holds an MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management from USC Marshall School of Business and has also served as an instructor and consultant in various capacities throughout their career.
