Heike Hoffmann

Heike Hoffmann is an experienced professional with a strong background in education policy and organizational development. Currently serving as Chefkonsulent at DI - Dansk Industri since October 2020, Hoffmann focuses on increasing the number of apprentices in businesses through networking, webinars, and practical tools for recruitment and retention. Prior roles include Uddannelsespolitisk chefkonsulent at SMVdanmark, where strategic policy development related to vocational education and workforce recruitment was a key responsibility, and Souschef at Byggeriets Uddannelser, managing communications and educational consultants. With extensive experience in various capacities at institutions such as Håndværksrådet and Copenhagen Business School, Hoffmann has consistently contributed to the advancement of vocational education and skills development in Denmark. Educational qualifications include a Cand.scient. soc. in German and public administration from Roskilde University, along with relevant training in journalism and management.
