Micha Fuglede

Micha Fuglede is an experienced professional with a diverse background in media production, consulting, and advocacy for gender balance in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Center for Voldsforebyggelse and a Chefkonsulent at DI - Dansk Industri, Micha is dedicated to increasing female representation in boards and management within the private sector. Previous roles include producing and founding Silverfern Media, developing engaging content for various media platforms, and working as a Commissioning Editor at DR - Danmarks Radio. Micha holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA in Disruptive Innovation and Strategic Leadership from AVT Business School, and has contributed to notable projects such as a documentary series for Warner Bros. Danmark.
