Lars Stenius Stæhr

Lars Stenius Stæhr has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lars is currently working at DI - Dansk Industri as the Head of Learning, Leadership and Talent Acquisition, and previously served as the Head of Learning and Development. Lars was also involved with various projects and positions at Novozymes, ALK, and Novo Nordisk, where they held leadership roles in learning and development. Lars Stenius Stæhr has also worked as a consultant on education, learning, and assessment, and has been involved with multiple organizations and institutions such as the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School in teaching and research roles.

Lars Stenius Stæhr has a strong educational background with a focus on language learning and pedagogy. Lars completed their PhD in Foreign Language Learning and Pedagogy at the Copenhagen Business School in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in English and Danish from the University of Copenhagen in 1999.
