Pernille Erichsen

Pernille Erichsen serves as the Advisory Board viceleder at Forsvarsministeriet since December 2024, focusing on promoting equality and an inclusive culture within the Danish military, particularly for women entering traditionally male-dominated fields. Since January 2020, Pernille has been the Underdirektør at DI - Dansk Industri, assisting members in enhancing core business through strategic development and integration of diversity and inclusion. As a member of the Advisory Board for Fremtidens Bestyrelser, Pernille advocates for increased female representation on corporate boards in Denmark. Additionally, since February 2024, Pernille has held the position of Vicebestyrelsesleder at Skyggebørn, working to strengthen children's voices in grief. Previous roles include Partner at Implement Consulting Group and Co-Founder of MILO, focusing on leadership and organizational development. Educational credentials include an Executive Board Education from Copenhagen Business School and a Cand.Scient Soc. in Psychology and Public Administration from Roskilde University.
