Aileen McAvoy

Aileen McAvoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Danske Bank UK since April 2018, Aileen previously worked on client projects in FMCG businesses as a Talent and Development Consultant. Aileen's significant tenure at Diageo spanned from September 2003 to March 2017, where responsibilities included leading the talent and development agenda across Europe, managing European Talent Programmes, and focusing on inclusion and diversity initiatives. Aileen's earlier career included roles at Computacenter and NEC, where Aileen managed training and development functions, and a foundational position as an HR Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group. Aileen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast and a degree in Management Studies from Ulster University.
