Vicki Hassan

Vicki Hassan is an experienced operations and strategic leader with a career spanning over two decades in the banking sector. Currently serving as Operations Director at Danske Bank UK since August 2013, Vicki has held various key roles including Head of Strategic Initiatives and Head of Transaction Banking. Prior experience at Ulster Bank includes positions such as Manager of Retail Business Improvement and Head of Unsecured Collections, where responsibilities encompassed recovery management and operational oversight of telephony teams. Earlier roles included Programme Manager for Retail Integration and Head of Retail Training and Communication.
