Jesper Eiskonen

Jesper Eiskonen is currently the Head of HR Legal for Finland and Sweden at Danske Bank, a position held since May 2021. Eiskonen has extensive experience in legal counsel and HR operations, previously serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Nordea from 2010 to 2021, focusing on remuneration regulation, employment law, and employee relations. Eiskonen has held various positions at Nordea, including Deputy Head of People Legal Nordic and HR Services Finland, as well as leading teams in HR Legal and Advisory functions. Prior experience includes roles at OP-Pohjola Group, the Finnish Confederation of Professionals STTK, Union of Health and Social Care Professionals TEHY, and various legal positions in law firms and district attorney's offices, culminating in a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.
