Maike Lachmann Christensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management, communication, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as First Vice President and Head of Business Management & Implementation at Danske Bank, Maike drives organizational change and executive business management support for large institutional clients. Previously held positions include Head of Group Services Communication, Chief of Staff for IT Operations, and Retail Manager at Estee Lauder, where Maike was recognized as Retail Manager of the Year in 2017. Earlier career roles at Maersk Maritime Technology encompassed strategic communications and marketing coordination.
