Sian Louise Middelboe

Sian Louise Middelboe currently serves as the Head of the CEO Office at Danske Bank since February 2018, leading a team focused on strategy execution, project management, governance, and performance management across Investments & Solutions. Previously, Sian held the position of Head of Strategy at Sampension, where responsibility included strategy formation, implementation, and digitalization initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant to the CEO at Sampension, and as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where Sian managed projects within the financial services sector and contributed to expanding the firm's client base. Sian began the career at Amrop as a Consultant specializing in financial services, particularly banking and asset management. Sian holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Management from Solent University.
