Wendy Peacock

Wendy Peacock is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the London Branch and Lead HR for International Units at Danske Bank since August 2017, where responsibilities include advising business leaders on all HR matters and establishing senior-level partnerships. Prior to this role, Wendy held various HR positions, including Head of HR at Compagnie Financiere Tradition from November 2008 to July 2017 and HR Manager within the same company, managing a client group of over 300 employees. Wendy's earlier career includes positions as HR Business Partner at Tullett Prebon, HR Consultant at Aviva, and participation in a graduate trainee scheme at Aviva that provided exposure to multiple HR disciplines. Wendy earned a BA Hons degree in Business and HR from Anglia Ruskin University.
