Anders Kring Jensen's work experience includes various roles in the energy trading industry. Anders started their career at CAP Rock A/S (Train, Kupe & Perron), where they worked as a Manager from March 2005 to August 2009. Anders then joined Danske Commodities in September 2009 as an Intraday Trader, responsible for cross border energy trading, nominations, and analysis in multiple countries. Anders was later promoted to Head of Renewables from January 2012 to September 2014, and then to Director and Head of Renewables Management from October 2014 to December 2015. In 2016, they joined Neas Energy A/S as a Senior Asset Developer and eventually became the Head of Physical Asset Management from December 2016 to June 2018. Currently, they hold the position of VP and Head of European Power Trading at Danske Commodities, starting from October 2022. Alongside this, they also served as the Director and Head of Intraday Power Trading at Danske Commodities from July 2018 to December 2022.

Anders Kring Jensen began their education in 2004 at Aarhus University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Business Administration. Anders successfully completed this program in 2007. Continuing their academic journey at the same university, they then enrolled in the Master of Science program specializing in Finance, which they finished in 2009. While the field of study for their master's degree is not specified, it can be assumed to be related to finance due to the degree name.
