Michał Stachowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship for startups, enterprises, and governmental projects. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has aimed to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has contributed to the development of decentralized solutions in various capacities, including advisory roles at the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
