Lilian Vium

Lilian Vium has extensive experience in the administration of care facilities for the elderly and social psychiatry, currently serving as Forstander at Egegård Friplejehjem since November 2021 and previously at Sandfeldgården og S/I Nyboder from April 2010 to November 2021. Lilian holds a Master of Public Governance from Århus Universitet (2009-2014), completed a course in Extended Board Responsibility at Ledelses Akadamiet Lillebælt in 2018, earned a Diploma in Leadership from HIH Herning/Århus Universitet (2006-2009), and is a trained Anæstesisygeplejerske from Sønderborg and Herning Sygehus (1982-1985).
