Paw Baltzersen

Paw Baltzersen is a highly experienced software engineer and lead software engineer with a strong background in C#, .NET technologies, SQL Server, and agile methodologies, including Scrum. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Danske Fragtmænd A/S since October 2017, Paw also owns and operates a software development company, pote. Previous roles include software engineer positions at DitaExchange Inc. and Danske Fragtmænd A/S, and diverse responsibilities at BAADER Logistix A/S, Systematic A/S, and earlier companies focusing on flash development and web development. Paw holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Engineering College of Aarhus, complemented by multiple internal courses and a certification as a Scrum Master.
