Lyndsay Hailey

Lyndsay Hailey is a dynamic leader and creative professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and training sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Shoes Before Pants and Presence Practice®, Lyndsay has demonstrated a commitment to innovative approaches in both business and instruction. Currently serving as Operations Manager, Comedy Director, and Producer at The Showroom DTLA since June 2022 and as CEO and Co-Founder of Improv International, Lyndsay brings a wealth of knowledge in performance and comedy. In addition, Lyndsay has been a CLOWN TRAINER for Danske Hospitalsklovne since 2017, developing specialized curricula for hospital clown training programs. Notably, Lyndsay co-authored and was the Head Emcee for Magic Mike Live from 2017 to 2019, contributing significantly to the production alongside Channing Tatum. Previously, Lyndsay was an ensemble member of The Second City's national touring company, performing internationally and participating in media engagements.
