Anette Østbjerg has extensive work experience in corporate branding, market development, and management consulting. Anette started their career at A.C. Nielsen / AIM Research in 1985 as a Management Consultant. In 1995, they joined Danske Spil A/S, where they held various roles including Head of Corporate Branding & Insights, Director of Corporate Branding & Insight (small data), and Market Development Manager. Anette also worked at The Nielsen Company as a Consultant, where they conducted research, reported, and presented findings for key clients.

Anette Østbjerg's education history begins in 1980 when they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School, where they completed a degree in strategic planning in 1985. In 1989, they attended Reklameskolen, earning a one-year degree in IAA. Additionally, in 2005 and 2006, Anette Østbjerg attended Stockholm School of Economics, obtaining a degree in Nordic frontier education.
