Joseph Bria has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Dante Valve Company, Inc. Joseph previously held the position of Managing Partner at Hatch D2M, LLC.
Before that, Bria worked at CABTEQ Solutions, LLC as the Vice President of Engineering, where they developed manufacturing technologies and led the engineering team. Joseph also held the position of Director of R&D Engineering at Pelton & Crane (Danaher Corp OpCo), where they coordinated engineering activities and managed new product development.
Bria's experience also includes roles such as Mechanical Engineering Manager at Gendex, Dexis, ISI (Danaher Corp OpCo), Project Engineer at InVue Security Products, Engineering Manager at Pelton & Crane (Danaher Corp OpCo), Senior Design Engineer at Halo Product Innovations, Engineering Project Manager at Cycra Racing Systems, and Senior Design Engineer at Explorer Competition Product.
Throughout their career, Bria has been involved in areas such as new product development, mechanical and electrical engineering, reliability testing, lean tool kaizens, and project management.
Joseph Bria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, from 1988 to 1992.
